In this role, you will provide resident care services with kindness and compassion, while always maintaining the Resident's safety and comfort.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Helping out as needed in the Resident Services area to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our Residents Follow all policies and procedures, adhering to instructions of Administrator Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all Residents while following company policies and procedures Follow Medication Administration Records (MAR) and doctors' orders
Qualifications:
Must be able to speak and read in English Previous experience with the geriatric population preferred, providing assistance with ADLs Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations Must be reliable, caring, and gentle Ability to provide abiding respect for the elderly and to remain calm at all times Job Type:
