- Assist the Wellness Coordinator in medication policy management and compliance Monitoring and resident's appointments Updating medication records and changes Able to work as a shift supervisor Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of care - Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records in accordance with medical office policies and procedures - Assist patients with insurance verification, eligibility, and pre-authorization processes - Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate communication and coordination of patient care - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families - Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including faxes, emails, and mail - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies Requirements :
- RMA license is required for this position At least 6 months working experience as a Med Tech or its equivalent First Aid/CPR - Proficient in using office software applications (e.
g.
, Microsoft Office Suite) - Knowledge of medical terminology and understanding of medical administrative support processes - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and team members - Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations Note:
