This position is currently open to internal and external applicants.
Position Purpose:
The role performs preventive and reactive maintenance on various manufacturing and facilities equipment.
Eventually, to perform job functions up to and including diagnosing, replacing, and improving mechanical, electrical, electronic, and robotic components and systems.
We are looking for:
To perform tasks related to facility and yard maintenance, Performs tasks related to the safe upkeep, repair, and improvement of manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced metal fabrication facility.
Willingness to be flexible with work schedule.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance according to documented procedures and instructions.
Ensure equipment is safe and operational.
Must have the ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
Also, the ability to speak effectively in one-on-one group situations, across multiple levels of the organization.
Acute attention to detail and results-driven with a can-do attitude.
Must be familiar with Lock-Out/Tag-Out and other safety procedures.
Maintain maintenance records.
Work with others as required in a team-based work environment.
Familiarity with PM systems and performing preventative maintenance in a medical device manufacturing environment is a plus.
Must be able to lift to 35 pounds; lifting to 50
pounds is required occasionally.
