Wine Sales Representative (Shenandoah Valley & Surrounding area)

We are looking to hire a Wine Sales Representative that will call on an existing account base as well as reach out to bring in new business.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
-Broad base of knowledge regarding the world of wine - EXTREMELY IMPORTANT
-Existing account relationships
-Self-motivation and resourcefulness
-Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
-Creativity in the sales environment
-The ability to create opportunities and close sales
-Excellent communication skills
-Organizational skills and multi-tasking ability
-A service oriented attitude and a team player mentality
-Computer literacy
-Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
-Ability to lift 40 pounds
The goal is to maintain existing customers and increase product placements, identify new target accounts and make initial contact, make product presentations and open new accounts.
The right person will be extremely motivated as he or she will operate very independently.
