Position
Summary: Implements and maintains engineering documentation system tools, ensures that these tools are being used consistently throughout the company, seeks to develop new uses for engineering documentation systems software and provides systems support by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for working with cross-functional teams of IT, Design and Manufacturing personnel to implement software programs which streamline the generation of engineering documentation for products, from receipt of the order to the release to the plant for manufacturing.
Oversees the maintenance of the Bill of Material generation software tool.
Ensures that the capabilities of the Bill of Material generation tool are maximized by extending its use to other products and applications throughout North American facilities.
Trains new users on the Bill of Material generation software tool.
Works in collaboration with IT personnel to develop and maintain additional engineering documentation systems tools.
Analyzes the performance of engineering documentation software and identifies alternatives for optimizing the usage of computer resources.
Participates in the implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation of engineering documentation systems and software.
Provides assistance and routine consultation to users of engineering documentation systems and software.
In collaboration with IT personnel, will serve as liaison with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution.
Plans and executes software version upgrade releases and custom interfaces, as necessary.

Education/
Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college with an emphasis in manufacturing, engineering or other technical field with 5 years of related experience as outlined below OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience, as outlined below.
Experience in and knowledge of engineering documentation systems, including Bill of Material generation systems, route sheets and sheetmetal flat file generation. Understand the flow of engineering documentation into the manufacturing environment. Familiarity with engineering drawings and sheetmetal design. Possess good problem solving, communication and PC skills. Must be self-motivated and well organized. Work with IT personnel to develop programmatic solutions for technical problems. Experience with the design and manufacture of coils is a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
